Join us November 10, 2012 for Movember’s first ever Power in the Park event! We cannot wait! Movember’s motto is “real men, growing real moustaches, talking about real issues”! Lauren Slater Herwitt is the guest instructor for the event bringing a background in all levels Vinyasa Flow with a little spunk! So, start growing those Mo’s and we will see you on the mat!

Registration begins at 10:30am and the Yoga lesson will start at 11:00am. Parking is free. Please bring a mat. We also recommend that you bring a towel and sunscreen.
